Stephanie and Les Wade

Owners

Les and Stephanie were both raised in Marion County and share a deep-rooted love for Central Florida and the communities they proudly call home. Together, they have raised four children and are blessed with many grandchildren, with their family continuing to grow.

Les Wade has been in the industry since 1990, bringing decades of experience, knowledge, and dedication to his work. Over the years, he has gained a wealth of knowledge that he has proudly passed down to his sons, Hunter and Tyler, continuing a family legacy built on hard work, integrity, and experience.

Today, Les and Stephanie reside in Crystal River, where they continue to call Central Florida home. While their roots run deep, their commitment reaches far beyond their own community as they proudly serve customers throughout Central Florida. For Les and Stephanie, it’s more than just a business—it’s about family, community, and carrying on a legacy they can be proud of.

Doug Heath

Lead Designer

Doug currently lives in Ocala, Florida, with his wife, Heidi. Together, they have five children and four grandchildren. Outside of work, Doug enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends. He values the time spent with the people closest to him and brings that same personal approach to the relationships he builds with his customers.

Doug is an important part of the design process, personally visiting each job to meet with customers and discuss their ideas, layout, and overall vision. He takes the time to understand what each customer is looking for and helps guide them through the process of bringing their vision to life.

Doug takes pride in creating designs that are both functional and personalized to each customer. He strives to make sure every question is answered and that customers feel confident and comfortable throughout the design process.

His commitment to customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships is at the heart of Doug’s approach. He believes in being someone his customers can trust and depend on, providing the personal attention and guidance needed to turn their ideas into a finished space they can enjoy for years to come.

Hunter Wade

Superintendent

Hunter was born and raised in Ocala, Florida, where he has built a life with his wife, Brittany, and their two children, Charlie and Chelsie. Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending his free time on the golf course and proudly cheering on the Florida State Seminoles.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Hunter continues to learn and expand his expertise every day. He now proudly holds his Certified Pool Contractor (CPC) license in the State of Florida, further strengthening his knowledge and ability to provide quality service to his customers.

Hunter has a passion for staying up to date with the latest innovations in pool equipment, mechanics, and systems, always looking for better and more efficient ways to serve his customers. He takes pride in his work and believes in making sure every question has an answer.

His dedication to continued learning, quality workmanship, and customer service reflects the values that have been passed down through his family and continues the legacy his father, Les, began decades ago.

Tyler Wade

Tyler Wade was born and raised in Marion County, Florida, and now lives in Ocala with his wife, Milena, and their three children, Mia, Lincoln, and Pressley. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys golfing and proudly cheering on the Florida Gators.

Tyler has been in the pool industry for several years, gaining experience in both pool service and remodeling. He now oversees remodel projects throughout Marion County, bringing his experience and attention to detail to each project.

One of Tyler’s greatest strengths is his ability to understand his customers and their vision. He takes the time to listen, understand what each customer is looking for, and help turn their ideas into a finished project they can be proud of. His knowledge of the industry, combined with his commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, makes him an important part of the Wade family business.

For Tyler, every remodel is more than just updating a pool—it’s about creating a space that families can enjoy for years to come.
